1. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Vapeforest cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery and age-verification fees will be deducted from any refund. Please note, we can only issue a partial refund once the order has been received in the Vapeforest warehouse.

2. Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm, on Fridays, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • No dispatches are made on UK bank holidays.

3. Delivery Services & Exclusions

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are estimated services only and not guaranteed for delivery within 24 or 48 hours.
  • If you choose delivery to a neighbour, safe place, or rerouted address, Vapeforest cannot accept liability for loss or theft after delivery is confirmed.
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please allow up to 15 working days for Royal Mail to complete their investigation before a resolution can be provided.

4. Communication Policy

  • All customer support and order updates are handled via email at [email protected].
  • We do not contact customers by phone.

Royal Mail Delivery Exclusions (Lithium Battery Limitations)

Due to recent changes in Royal Mail's delivery policy, we can no longer ship to the following postcodes via Royal Mail if your order includes more than two lithium batteries. This applies to items like vape kits, devices with built-in batteries.

Royal Mail Next-Day Delivery Exclusions

Royal Mail's Tracked 24 next-day service has the following postcode exclusions. Please note that delivery to these areas may take an additional day.

Exchange or Return

1. Faulty Products

  • Vapeforest offers a 72-hour Dead-On-Arrival guarantee for faulty products. Faulty items must be reported within this timeframe.
  • Faulty products must be returned to Vapeforest within 5 working days for inspection before a refund, replacement, or store credit can be issued.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable method.
  • If a returned item is confirmed faulty, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
  • If a replacement product is also faulty, Vapeforest may treat this as potential misuse.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt of your return for processing. Refunds may take 1–5 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

  • Products marked as Clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, even if deemed faulty by the buyer.

4. Boxed & Multi-Pack Sales

  • Orders sold as Box or Pack of 10 are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final, even if deemed faulty by the buyer.
  • For "10 Random Flavours" options, flavours are selected randomly, repeats may occur, and requests cannot be accommodated.

5. Change of Mind & Customs Returns

  • If you purchased the wrong product, no longer need it, or an item is returned by customs, and the product is unopened, unsealed, and unused, you may request a return. Approval is at Vapeforest's discretion, and return shipping costs are not covered.

6. Gift and Bundles

  • If your order included a free gift, the entire order including the gift must be returned in its original condition for a refund or replacement.

Order Discrepancies

  • Any order issues (wrong product, flavour, colour, or nicotine strength) must be reported by email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened and unused.
  • Missing items must also be reported within 24 hours via email.
  • All claims will be carefully reviewed and verified against our warehouse stock and records. Please note, we reserve the right to decline claims that fall outside these conditions.

Product Taste, Flavour & Puff Count Disclaimer

  • Taste and flavour are subjective and may vary slightly from batch to batch. Vapeforest cannot offer returns or refunds based on personal taste preferences.
  • Similarly, puff counts are estimates provided by the manufacturer and cannot be guaranteed. Actual puff count may vary depending on several factors, including e-liquid capacity, battery power, and coil performance. As such, puff count is not a basis for refunds or returns.

  • Vapeforest is a retailer and not the manufacturer of the products we sell.
  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredients to avoid allergic reactions.
